The all time high is 19.4c back in 2005. That was based on pie in the sky schemes that never eventuated. Even if this thing with P1/WiFi does not happen, you would think that is the target given the current run it's had. You do get the sense though, given the close contact some here on HC have with management that it's only a matter of time.
