    1. SIR contains very high grade Nickel and average grade copper. Nickel is worth $10k AUD more per tonne than Copper.

    2. SIR is all upside, blue sky potential. Cashed up beyond belief for a junior explorer.

    3. The Nova deposit is hosted in very competent material so it is very easy to mine.

    4. Nova has hardly any impurities and will be easy to precess.

    5. SIR is close to the port of esperance.
