Market is like many things in life it is cyclical. Just like a cold winter follows a hot summer. A cold period in market always follows a hot period. Knowing when market is hot or cold is of limited value. What is of Value is knowing the signs that say things will be changing soon. so take a look at this chart and any thing else you want and say when "hot hot hot" will be over. now that would have some real value. My guess 6 to 12 months and there will be lots of warning, just need to know what to look for. To know what to look for you have to know what forces have been propelling this market and look for them to start mellowing.
