Looks like management have dropped the ball.
Market cap has dropped from a very overpriced valuation (due to the amount of shares) of $32million before consolidation to a still very overpriced valuation of $2.34mill (260mill x .009)
Must be time for them to start issuing shares to daftmate, Fiji and other family and associates for providing various “services” to artificially boost their market cap.
I’m not sure, but I think if the MC of any company drops below a certain figure the ASX may delist, but feel free to correct me.
I’m pretty sure another rule is they must have at least 300 non affiliated security holders with a minimum holding of $2000 and I’m pretty certain after the last consolidation they wouldn’t meet that requirement as most shareholders would be worth pennies now.
Management have been conspicuously quiet about this latest $60mill ($10mill initial plus $50 if required) that AuResources (a company started less than a year ago) wants to throw at them out of the goodness of their heart.
