I hold SYD also. I'm guessing it's a staple of SMSFs (not so much super/managed funds) and perhaps a small army of 'Mum and Dad' investors. I bought a $10K chunk for my personal super wrap mainly because of the dividend, plus the option to be in the box seat to build Badgerys Creek. After years of being gouged at the airport for parking, food, coffee, etc. I thought to hell with it - I may as well buy it!

Also holding: MRP, 3DM, CAJ, CCL, TTS, SYD, AMC, NCM, RFG, WAM, HPQ, MO, ADP, CDK, DE, GD, HYH, KMB, NVDA, AUY, AGNC, IEP, EPI, ERUS, RGLD, GGN, JKHY. Mostly dividend payers.
