Usually high prices are the cure for high prices as it incentivises demand. But as the QLD govt has spit in the face of future production, and its taking 10+ years to approve any new mine (e.g. new acland), this is less likely to be the case. i.e., governments in Australia are causing undue financial harm, and potentially leading to deaths (due to cold, unable to heat houses) for citizens in the world.
