Its not only the cash burn and the management model but the way the company focuses on building asset value - not surprising since the 'management fee' paid to Beston Pacific Asset Management is based on 1.2% of the value of the company's book assets PLUS a 'Performance Fee' of 17.5% of the total market capitalization of the company based on the ASX All Ords!! A nice little earner for the management company even of the share price tanks. No prizes for guessing who the Directors of the Management Company are!
