    Hi Bigstock. I think the big 500k seller at SP 25 cents is creating panic and holders are selling out seeing this as a block. It's possible this same seller is accumulating at SP below 20 cents. Anyway PVE has been the most punishing share I have ever bought and I really got this one wrong.
