not a holder, but I looked at BND a couple of years ago and believed it was a sure thing to progress steadily, enough money at the time, port facilities etc. (though there was a bit of a question on the extent and quality of its actual coal resource?) still, I can hardly believe it's around 18c.

just shows what sort of a game this is.
