Management do a deal in May with the banks giving them 2 years to prove they have a sustainable business but suddenly capital structure is a serious issue threatening the company 7 months later - why ?

AGM didn't communicate this sense of urgency and asx announcement offered little information other than to say we won't comment on speculation. Shareholders being fed to the the wolves - what is the board doing to justify their increased salaries ? Nothing appears to be the answer.
