    Thunderbird,
Peter Cook is an idiot for not accepting GSK’s $100M + legal costs settlement offer The 2005 article you posted and the Relenza sales record confirmed the 2006 offer was the most opportunistic time to settle and allow GSK to market Relenza into the pandemic stock pile market instead of having governments to drag GSK to supply Relenza by threatening to breach Patent laws.

After burning $35M in legal costs, Peter Cook sold out for $20M without legal costs and he was so clever as to tell shareholders Peter Molloy started the law suit and if not for the law suit BTA would have reported a profit for the 20067/08 FY results. And to top it up Peter Cook stated that the last GSK offer was in 2006 when a newspaper journalist reported that in addition to the 2006 $100M offer, as late as 2007, GSK offered to settle for $75M with legal costs.

And for his sterling performance, shareholders are asked to reward Peter Cook with 976,300 free executive options in the coming AGM.

Should shareholders wait for Peter Cook to repeat his performance as the CEO of Orbital Engine taking the share price from 70 cents to about10 cents before kicking him off the company?
