thanks for u're feedback JC.
PE's of 15, 17 or 19........ people will argue/discuss until the sun goes down.
25% return on aquisition, could be a touch high
Delvex.
cost $2,500,000
direct EBITDA $500,000 p/a
+ minimum synergetic value $$225,000
less ITAD @ 40% = $290,000 ( more guess work sorry )
= earning of $435000 / initial cost $2,500,000
Return17.5%
Grime Fighters
cost $2,400,000
direct EBITDA $450,000
+ synergetic value not indicated but could we assume the same %'ish $200,000
less ITAD @ 40% = $260,000 ( more guess work sorry )
= earnings of $390,000 / initial cost $2,400,000
Return 16.25%
( the above are my figures only...enter at own risk )
could we use a 17% return on aquisition reasonable.
eg. 17% of $4,000,000 ( example of aquisition cost )
= earnings of $680,000
or about $0.01cents in TOX's math's
. PE of 15 = 15cents
. PE of 17 = 17cents
. PE of 19 = 19cents
or to really round things off
per $1,000,000 spent on aquisition about
( $0.0025cents X PE of 17 = $0.0425cents )
could be added to u're ( each to there own ) TOX share price .
sorry if this makes no sense
cheers PC
