A gold producer wont get a strong valuation without an official minelife.
Note that the trial mining of surface oxide mineralisation is basically exploration, and there are no indications when the trial mining will wind up. Hopefully the Co can keep things ticking along.

SBL have no current reserves. When the mining studies are complete, and the market can see a clear mine plan and financials then I would expect a re-evaluation as in the current market a resource base alone has little to no value.
