Call me cynical , but wasnt TS trying to buy a s***load at .42 a couple of weeks back , and only got a small portion of the amount he was after.
Could maybe he be letting the sp drift down there again as the impatient sell on no news , so he can have his fill , before the next round of announcements and upcomiing deals come to light ?
