CFE seems to me to be trending similarly to other smallcap players on the market atm. It's really only the bluechips leading the market higher and still a considerable amount of hesitation right now from investors.
A clear break towards 5000 on the index and i think we'll see the smaller stocks starting to play catch-up!
At least TS has put a bit of coin on the table in the 40's.
