It is a guessing game trying to state when news will come from BUY management, always has been. PEP 11 drilling has been 'just around the corner' for several years. If you are in BUY for short term you may find waiting for news quite frustrating.
I'm used to waiting...one day things may happen in a beneficial way...well maybe!!
