No New Securities will be allotted or issued until the
Minimum Subscription has been achieved. If the
Minimum Subscription is not achieved within 4
months after the date of issue of this Prospectus, the
Company will either repay the Application Moneys to
the Applicants or issue a supplementary prospectus or
replacement prospectus and allow Applicants one
month to withdraw their Application and be repaid
their Application Moneys.
