You are all gettig too emotive and blinded by your investment in MMX.
CHM's lawyers have spent some 16 weeks investigating this action. They AH and others now believe this action has reasonable grounds to succeed, as they have to sign off on the writ and certify before the courts of its CREDIBILITY. "Abuse of Process" --go after AH not CHM then. As for negotiating-- read the last paragraph of the lastest CHM annoucement--they dont want any money they want the asset.
If MMX say the claim has "no substance or foundation" let them release the statement of claim by CHM and let everyone see this document, so as we can all make up our own minds,---or just shut up and let the courts decide the outcome.
Do you really think and believe AH would put their name to this if they did not think CHM had some reasonable chance of success.
Who would want to believe the PR machine of MMX or the former chairman of the ASIC and managing partner of one of this country's foremost legal firms--whose clients include News Corp, Parkers and Fortesque.
The credibility of all parties will be tested in the coming months.
PS Neil WA your comment about paying in options or shares has no logic and lets see if AH stay.
