Some very interesting reading back in November 2005, hindsight shows that you hit the nail right on the head - something i have already acknowledged to you privately.

MP is going to have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to keep QTK from slipping into administration a second time imho. Remember, they still owe Bell Potter noteholders $5.5 million which falls due this September, somehow I dont think the noteholders will be converting into 20cps shares.

I havent read tonights quarterly but apparently they got $70k in the kitty as of the end of March 08. I also took heavy losses on LUM in the past and can honestly bare witness that LUM's quarterly balance sheets read as being more impressive that QTK and LUM are only capped at $4 million. I think QTK would be overvalued at 1cps based on the fundamentals that are available right now, and given the deplorable history.
