How have the dates been missed? It is still 2009 not 2010 yet. How and by whom have I been misled?
It is likely to be,but not guaranteed to be delayed due to the extended items being looked at that were not included in the original infrastructure requirements. This is partly to do with the resource is going to be larger then first thought.They are looking to build a lot more infrastructure due to such things as a DR plant and Pellet plant,the extra resource means they are going to have bigger ships picking up the iron ore so they are looking to move the terminal further out to sea into deeper water. All these things mean the studies and financing figures have to be gone over again and adjusted. These things are all positives.
