A word of wisdom from highlandlad today:
"This market is nuts. SES triples in value because Woolworths are going to stock two bin liners? You gotta be kidding. Either there's more money in bin liners than I imagined or - I'll say it again - this market is nuts. I suspect this is going to go be remembered as one of the dumbest eras in ASX history since the original dot.com boom. Yes, there is money to be made, but there are a lot of folk trading naked out there because the fundamentals don't justify some of these extreme share price responses".
Roaming around ASX you can easily find a bunch of insanely overvalued companies. Is this because first time investors after taking out their super, got bored at staying at home so they threw money recklessly on the sharemarket?
Meanwhile, TSO managed to add 7.6% today. Highest 1 day gain for a long time. Breaking out soon?
