Kaiser certainly seemed to be going hard on the KL takeout theory....whatever the outcome...cash/script, i struggle to understand the reluctance of Aussie investors to buy in to the ARV/NVO leverage opp at this stage. What Kaiser wasnt factoring was a lowball offer at anything less than 10:1 by NVO or pro rata by KL, will leave DL the option of opening the game to the wider and bigger goldies...30mt at 1oz/tn doesnt equal $500m takeout value lol!
