Anybody have a view on what Allan Gray are up to.
They are the major stakeholders in Transfield 18.7% but have been buying up big on UGL over the past few months in particular and are now by far and away their biggest holder 16.5%.
With TSE carrying considerable debt and UGL about to become flush with cash as active shareholders they obviously have a plan in mind ,
