In his most recent report he says he gone 50% cash

he then gives this very elaborate arguement for his decision

eg

negative equity in houses
people for closing
tighter credit
reduced consumer sentiment
rising unemployment

set to spiral etc etc

and then he ends is article with this statement

"I have tried to adjust my portfolio for the risks that I now see, and to help me sleep at night. If I was certain that there would be a financial contagion leading to global recession, I would have sold all stocks and gone 100% cash.
But I’m far from certain about anything right now. For me, sound sleep requires 50% cash."
