The AFR also said it was on Allco's books for $300 mil so definitely looking poor.
I think the only hope is if the liquidator can flatten the payout structure
ie roll back some of the banks security.
Interestingly the AFR article hinted that the banks themselves may not approve the sale and I guess given the quality of the assets and the green shoots of economic recovery everywhere maybe they may think they could get a better price in a year or so.
