I agree for sure. Seems like s/holders have been impatient with the little to no 'announcement' of asset sales to date, and have sold down their holdings due to tax loss, other greener pastures etc etc.
Also consider the sales AFG made were on a time constraint, whereas centro has had a lot more time and support.
With some solid asset sales, without doubt I expect to see a similar result... you would be brave not to take a position soon, or it could turn any day and you miss out, as shown with afg. How much lower could the s/p really go?
I've been topping up as much as I can bringing my avg cost down.
Good luck all, hopefully not too long to wait now. I reckon GR is trying to get the best outcome, hence the delay by looking at all available options.
