    If you look at today action for AFG the price was not cap. This is why it only required 40 mil in volume for it to go up by 100%. Compare to CNP when it went from 30c to 60c the volume was way over 100 mil. Also everyday you see the sell side stack up for cnp. It seem a lot of people don't want it to go up.
