Razi, its a fair question and one that confused me until i sought clarification from management after one of the ASX releases. It turns out that the production facility also requires sign off that the product meets the required standards that they are selling into. So to fulfil the Cyprus contract they need a CE inspection of the production facility. Ditto for the US although the OTC FDA is the really important announcement we need for the US. Israel factory has all of these inspections ticked off but as they told us, they want to be manufacturing out of the China facility as margins are far better.
I suspect these inspections take longer to organise than they anticipated as otherwise, why get the factory completed so early. I gather that these inspection are likely to occur over the coming months and we will start seeing Prisma manufacture out of China from then on.
