    One reason AGM didn't just "get the bucks all in one go" is that a number of the capital rasings have been through share placement plans and as I remember it there is some sort of ASX rule about limiting how much can be raised through a SPP each year. Hence lots of companies, like AGM, have a max of $5000 when they issue a SPP.
