The next question is what now is the company worth? Prior to takeover we were trading at 17c. Since then we've had some more boxes ticked in the development program, and spent a bundle on legal fees. Are we still worth 17c per share, or was there some premium in that pricing? Or has ore pricing changed significantly? Or have doubts over rail/port access upped the risk factors, hence pricing down?

I was ready to buy in at 17c back then, but my funds were not available until after the TO was announced.

I took a punt buying in at 25c after the deal went sour initially, expecting it to be quickly resolved and make a quick 5c/share, sell brokerage free. FAIL.
