Yep, I'd be broke if somebody made a big fuss of "I can't have, (whatever)",

then became ill, and blamed me/my restaurant.

We're talking creating different meals, not just digging the prawns

or onions, or nuts out of a meal.

If people can still eat a meal, that has had the "onions" picked out of the dish,

can't be truly allergic to onions, and can waste their own time being an onion plucker.

If I 'lost' even 4 customers a day, I'd be better off, as the cooks/chefs could devote the extra

time, that is NOT spent on the moaners, on their regular duties.

A burger, "hold" the onions, no prob. but a roast, cooked with onions in the tray,

would the customer be happy to wait while another was cooked, with no onions in tray?

Do people 'allergic' to seafood, go to fish and chip shops and ask for a battered,

deep fried T-bone, cooked in fresh oil, that hasn't had fish cooked in it?
