    I did actually, I said all ALLERGIC requirements are dealt with accordingly, and taken seriously.
    People with such serious conditions should also take responsibility for their OWN lives also. Chefs are not doctors.
    Gluten free, friendly etc IS a lifestyle choice for some people. Not all gluten free, friendly are coeliac. I've seen it all mate, people telling the caterer they are Coeliac, they scoffing into the pastry dessert, but won't eat bread.... people requesting gluten free, but if it is not available, they happily eat gluten. People take the piss with these requests. It is as simple as that.
