They are asking these questions about your simple salad sandwich because of all these people who are REQUESTING that they want this, but not that......man, you really are not getting the point. They are asking you because if they did a simple bloody sandwich with lettuce, cheese and tomato, butter salt and pepper, YOU would probably complain that it had no beetroot, or carrot etc etc etc......!!!!!!!!
