    "Pure" Icing Sugar is gluten free. Often these will be labelled "Gluten Free".

    Icing Sugar ( not containing the word pure) is not necessarily gluten free. They can contain ingredients which are not gluten free.

    Hope this helps answer your question ( even though not directed at me....)
