in the end, like the alliance deal its all conditional..

nothing happens until FAS comes up with 15% of $US 176 million so the Chinese can start to manufacture the train set. raising that will be a huge challenge in itself given the well documented absence of any project feasibility costings..

of course they would be looking to get an actual total amount of ~$220 million, if management can pull that off with what's known about the project then this guy is a genius..

Until and as such the 3B's will roll on but the trading should be interesting in the coming days..
