Not sure how you can say that rem - the Alliance funding was a farce like most people were claiming, no one could find out anything about this company, no updated website, it was probably never a real deal. Unless this is all a façade then I think this is a lot more credible deal and likely to bring others to the table and I would say de-risked the investment a few percent. By all means not our of the woods yet!!
