alliance v quasar in supreme court

This issue is getting more and more serious.
Quasar are forbidding Alliance from recording their meetings which has wound up in court according to an article in today's Advertiser Business Monthly.

"This particular issue is part of some wider issues between the parties," Mark Hoffman, QC for Quasar told the court.
