I would have thought that any deferral to the supreme court would have been something the directors should have made public knowledge, no matter how trivial the nature of the reason for going there. Maybe not. Still not letting go. They have 25% of a mindblowing resource even if the spot price has had another dip, and even if things take some time to sort out. RIVANDA
