Allianz became substantial after placement last year with 16.4m shares but if, below is correct they have increased last month by 3.15m shares! Don't they need to announce this as an increase in substantial shareholding notice? Either way it looks like they are not only keeping the faith but taking advantage of weak sellers to increase their holding...
