WACC Pty Ltd is not in control of the PAR allocation, the investors in Capital 51 funds are in control.
Last year Scott fundamentally changed the way his managed fund business runs and outsourced the majority of his funds under management. PAR sits in its own sub-units of the primary fund (so you see it as a seperate allocation). Scott did this as PAR breached internal risk convernants but he did not want to sell it so he seperated it from the main fund, which shows you his conviction.
Personally I redeemed all my funds from Scott (including the PAR allocation) and invested directly the PAR allocaiton via Commsec. Consequently I would not draw any conclusions in % ownership by WACC and its change because it is likely due to Investers leaving capital 51 and taking all their funds.
