    I think "not problematic" is a bit of a simplification. There are plenty of problems and water-related community impacts, some of them described here:

    I'm not trying to say that AKE isn't a great investment - but we should recognise that there are environmental costs, which are not mitigated just because the evaporated water falls (somewhere) as rain.
