    Hi Brealz and ljcamp,

    I did the reverse, sold my 50% share in a 2 b/room unit (thanks to our partner who insist of selling) and put 30% in the bank
    with the 70% all in share investment. In this period of 7 years the investment have grown X4.
    This is not advise, just my newbie luck.
