Agreed, they have one quarter left to prove themselves otherwise my money goes elsewhere, which is a big call given the capital gains implications.

Absolutely no excuse for a lack of clear guidance at least a year ahead of time with regards to the Mt Cattlin result. I’ve worked in mine planning for over 2 decades and cannot comprehend how this could not have been accurately forecast. General manager would be gone and/or mine planning manager, assuming it wasn’t the execs that chose to ignore the full extents of their guidance.

I was not filled with confidence regarding their response to next quarter either, seemed to lack conviction.

It’s not enough to just own world class assets (not referring to Mt Cattlin), you also have to operate them like a world class mining outfit.
