Absolutely absorbing read. Thank you.
Ive been undergoing a real process of discovery about batteries and my EV Kona - from cruise-control anomalies to charge levels in differing weather conditions. What is surprising here in Oz is the lack of knowledge in the diagnosticians and Hyundais lack of interest.

As an aside, I was informed yesterday that the heat affects the starting up of dashcams - after mine sometimes took 3-4 minutes to begin filming. Not much help if you have an incident beforehand.
So much to learn, so much ahead of us.
