this is not about PLS v AKE, both have pros and cons in their own right. Mind you, I do agree with your management call, BMX was a game changer for PLS and overall clarity on pricing.
it’s for exactly the points you have pointed out as to why they are a sitting duck. If you think that share holders will have a say, you are kidding yourself IMO.
If I am CATL, I want access to cheaper spod and more of it. They know they won’t get that simply by hold 5% of PLS. It’s a bargaining chip though isn’t it.
