TO offer for LTR (way below the fair value so it was naturally rejected)
I don't think that is more of a catalyst though... everyone knows how undervalued and bullish the lit sector is, many were just sitting around waiting for an event like this to trigger the resumption of the uptrend. This is a decade plus hold, even through the ups and downs
