If so it would be highly unlikely that this won't go through even considering the surprise or perceived surprise ( These boys have always had the heads up , at least with the GXY BOD in the past) the analyst's portrayed at the call. I also wonder why a dual listing can't be a possibility ?

Further to that , just come through on Commsec Daily trading alerts , that Morgan financial have downgraded AKE from ADD to HOLD - Fairdinkum.
