This question may have been asked previously but have not seen an answer.
Should we expect LIVENT or AKE to be the share price setter leading up to merge date and why.?
Last night for example LTHM down (-1.81%) most others up (ALB +0.94%: SQM +0.22%: LAC +2.12%).
This on top of increasing Li prices.
Is this due only to shorters seeking to manipulate the price...to cover, or are there other factors.?
Because this is a merger rather than a takeover I would expect share prices in both companies to move in common with each other.
Maybe I am wrong??
Thanks
