Timing seems odd with Cauchari soon to start generating cash and Thacker Pass soon to start swallowing it.

Like AKE, they have very large resources and modest market cap. If they're not taken out before the separation goes ahead, I'll punt on SQM or Chinese interests taking the Argentina bit. The North American business could go to almost anyone
