tend to agree re market cap of pls at $15b as you said $3b in cash so enterprise value is a little lower.
def not intending to clog up AKE forum with PLS discussion, however I feel this any potential take over of PLS or M&A from PLS to a potential suitor I’d highly relevant to AKE.
patriot would be a very obvious fit given KB is the CEO over there now. $2b Canadian or aud$2.23b plus a premium?
